Free games that feel at home on your phone

GameLake is a small, independent games site. Every game here is our own: Minesweeper, Sudoku, Word Search, Crossword, Snake, Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect 4 and Chess, with more on the way. They run straight in your browser on phone, tablet or computer, with no download and no sign-up.

Each game is designed for touch first, so it plays like an app on your phone, and works just as well with a mouse and keyboard.

Meet Hop

Hop is the frog who lives on the lake. He cheers you on, sweats when you're near a pufferfish, plays against you in board games, and collects hats as you level up.

Six languages, not just translations

GameLake is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, French and German. Word games use real word lists and clues written for each language, so a Spanish crossword is a Spanish crossword.

Play your way

You can play as a guest with nothing to fill in. Your progress is saved on your device and your scores appear on the leaderboards under a fun nickname. If you'd like to keep your progress across devices, you can create an account with just a username and password.
