How to play
- Choose a pack (or Mix) and 8 or 12 rounds, then press Start. On one phone you pass it over; online each of you uses your own phone.
- Read the situation and tap the answer that would mean the most to you. Your pick stays secret until the reveal.
- Then guess which answer your partner picked. Every right guess scores a point.
- The reveal shows both picks. Matching picks are sweet; different picks are something new to ask about.
- At the end you see how well you read each other. Tap Play again or Keep discovering for fresh cards.
Tips for a great game
- There are no right or wrong answers. Most people like all of them a little; you are just choosing what lands best today.
- Ask "why that one?" after each reveal. That is where the good conversations are.
- Try Hard times when one of you has had a rough week, and Missing each other if you live apart.
- Use what you learn: a small thing in your partner's favourite way beats a big thing in yours.

It is a popular way of describing how people like to receive love: kind words, quality time, thoughtful gifts, helpful acts or physical touch. It started with a 1990s book and is a fun conversation starter, not a scientific test.
How do you play Love Language Match with a partner?
